The orderer chooses say, letter headings, sets up their own password then sets and proofs online. The result is the saved card printed locally in draft form for approval, or sent to Card Corp. The stationery is digitally printed or litho over-printed and despatched directly to the orderer.

 

At the end of the month a consolidated invoice is sent to the finance department containing all details of every order placed with cost centre information.
