Card Corp Business Print Management delivers the solution by allowing users to modify brochures, flyers, catalogues or POP/POS material whilst keeping within pre-determined brand guidelines.

Card Corp is leading the way in distributed print ordering for marketing and promotional products. Through a secure login, users select the item they wish to edit. The user is then presented with the artwork which they can edit directly onto. Text can be added & edited as well as images inserted via either an image library or uploading a new image. The images can then be, enlarged, reduced & cropped.

Documents can be one or many pages in length & the user can view an onscreen proof of the design at any point. Areas of the document can be locked such as text or images to enforce corporate design, layout & style rules. Users can also be restricted to the use of a predefined library of images.

Designs created using Card Corp’s system can be subject to the corporate order approval system, thereby streamlining the document review process. Once an order has been approved the print provider will receive an email notification and the job will go ahead.
